What are today's customers looking for?
In an era of social media and unlimited choices, consumers are looking for more than another ad campaign. They demand real value and an authentic connection that goes beyond price and promise.  As a member of the Southern Columbiana County Regional Chamber of Commerce, success means going beyond the marketing of yesterday to answer the question - "what do customers really want?"  This program will begin to answer that question by exploring what consumers value most, including:
*Building an authentic relationship with your customer
*Taking an active approach to offering help and solutions
*Using your "product" to make a lasting difference

Our presenter is Patrick Hartory, a customer relations consultant who works with business leaders across the country.  The former CEO of a national media company, Patrick has 20+ years of experience in consumer marketing.  He is a regular contributor to national publications and is the acclaimed author of three books including "What Customers Love: 10 Ways to Turn Your Customers into Fans & Followers".
